Infants who exercise have a reduced risk of childhood obesity! The more fat an infant gains in their first year, the more likely they will become obese as a toddler. Kinesiology researchers at Michigan State University use air displacement technology to measure a baby’s body fat composition to track the positive impact that physical activity has on an infant’s overall growth.
