Guantánamo Bay, the U.S. military prison, is often seen as the opposite of due process, where detainees in the War on Terror have been held without charge or trial since 2001. "The New Yorker" journalist Ben Taub's latest piece is about one man who was held in Guantánamo Bay for more than a decade.
