Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(soft music) - Today is our Century of Service open house celebration and it kicks off 100 years with WKAR.
It will be a year long celebration but it will also be a year long adventure in providing service throughout our mid-Michigan community.
It is quite a milestone to be able to celebrate 100 years of service.
My children grew up on WKAR and it really is a classroom for me and so many other mid-Michigan viewers.
It's just an amazing accomplishment and milestone.
I'm so excited about our future and us continuing to spread all of the wonderful content and programming and to spread the message that we are here because of our viewers and listeners.
